Shipping policy

Free US shipping on every order

Standard shipping within the United States is free, with no minimum. Orders ship from Staten Island, New York with USPS Ground Advantage, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way.

Made to order

Each wrist rest is sewn and filled after you order. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to make and ship it, then about 2–5 business days in transit.

Express shipping

Faster shipping is available at checkout for an extra charge. Express orders still need 1–3 business days to be made.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses served by USPS. For now, we can't ship to addresses in New York State.

Address changes

Email us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change your shipping address. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking hasn't moved in 7 days or your package arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we'll make it right.
