Refund policy

Every June Leung Studio wrist rest is sewn by hand in Staten Island, New York. If something isn't right, we want to fix it.

Returns and exchanges

You can request a return or an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To start one, email us with your order number. Please don't send anything back before we reply with the return address.
Items must be unused, clean, and in their original condition. If an item comes back used or damaged, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Custom-size orders

Wrist rests made to a custom size are cut and sewn to your measurements, so they can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. Original shipping on free-shipping orders is not deducted.
