How long does my order take?
Each wrist rest is made after you order. We ship within 1–3 business days, and USPS usually delivers 2–5 business days after that.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum. Faster shipping is available at checkout for an extra charge.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the US except New York State, for now. That includes P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship outside the US yet.
Can I get a custom size?
Yes, at no extra charge. Keyboard rests can be 8–17 inches long, mouse rests 4–7 inches, and either one 2–4 inches wide. Enter your size on the product page when you order. See our size and fit guide.
Can I choose how firm it is?
Yes. Pick Standard, Softer (less fill) or Firmer (more fill) on the product page.
Can I wash it?
On most prints, yes: the cover slips off and goes in the washing machine, and the hulls stay in their own inner bag. Our pillow velvet is spot clean only. See our care guide.
Why buckwheat hulls?
They shape themselves to your wrist and hold it, let air through so they stay cool, and are firmer than memory foam.
Do the photos show the real product?
Many of our desk scenes are digitally rendered from our real fabric to show each print in use. We match prints and colors as closely as we can, but screens vary and every handmade piece is a little different.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery for standard sizes. Custom-size orders can't be returned unless they arrive damaged. See our shipping and returns page for details.
