Shipping
- Free standard shipping on every US order, with no minimum.
- Each wrist rest is made to order: we ship within 1–3 business days.
- USPS usually delivers 2–5 business days after that, and you'll get a tracking number by email.
- Faster shipping is available at checkout for an extra charge.
- We ship to US addresses only, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. For now, we can't ship to New York State.
Need to change your address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped.
Returns and exchanges
- Standard sizes can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Email us first with your order number, and please don't send anything back before we reply.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
- Custom sizes are made to your measurements and can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Damaged or wrong item? Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, and cover the shipping.
Once we receive and check a return, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days.
